Marketing Support, Incorporated (MSI), of Chicago, announced today that it has purchased the business operations and related assets of GSP Marketing Services, Incorporated (GSP), also of Chicago.
MSI, celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2011, is an integrated advertising, marketing and branding agency, which employs 85 staff in its AON Center office location. MSI's client roster includes The Home Depot, Mars, Chamberlain, Serta, Elkay and Sears.
GSP had been in business for 34 years, and had offered integrated advertising services as well as photography and video production. GSP has employed nearly 20 seasoned professionals and its clients had included MB Financial Bank, Sears, Follett Corporation and the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Dave Weiner, CEO and founder of MSI, notes, "The combined talent and resources of these two long-time marketing and communications market leaders will provide our clients and other businesses with a powerful new choice – an independent firm with even more integrated services available to address our clients' needs and challenges.
